Article 1 (Scope)
These Terms apply to browsing, account registration, inquiries, bookings, payments, and posting reviews on our platform (website, app, and partner widgets, collectively the "Service"). Product-specific terms, guidelines, help pages, the Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy form part of these Terms. In case of inconsistency, the product-specific terms prevail.
Article 2 (Our Role / Travel Business)
1. By default we act as an online marketplace/intermediary, providing functions (search, booking, payment, messaging, etc.) between travelers ("Users") and providers of tourism products ("Providers"). For each product, the contract is between the User and the Provider; we are not a party to that contract.
2. If a product is expressly offered as our own tour/arrangement, we become the contracting party and the transaction is governed by the Japanese Travel Agency Act and our Booking Conditions/Terms of Travel (registration number/type shown on the product page).

Article 3 (Account)
Information must be true, accurate, and current. Minors must obtain consent from a legal guardian. Participation of children in activities is subject to each Provider's conditions (age/height/weight/companion). Users are responsible for safeguarding their accounts.
Article 4 (Language, Currency, and Pricing)
1. If multilingual displays differ, the Japanese version controls.
2. Prices disclose tax-inclusive/exclusive status and fee components (platform fee, port fee, insurance, etc.).
3. Exchange rates shown are for reference only. The charging currency and timing of rate determination follow the payment processor's rules.

Article 5 (Formation of Contract)
For instant-confirmation or request-based bookings, the moment of formation follows the product page and the confirmation notice. After formation, the applicable cancellation policy governs.
Article 6 (Payment / Agency Receipt)
1. We may receive payments on behalf of Providers (agent collection). Payment to us discharges the User's payment obligation to the Provider.
2. Authorization holds and capture, payment methods, and fees follow the rules of the payment processor.
3. If a chargeback or similar dispute arises, the User agrees to cooperate and submit required documents.

Article 7 (Changes, Cancellation, and Refunds)
1. Policies are set on each product page. No-shows are generally non-refundable.
2. Refunds are processed in principle via the original payment method. Differences may occur due to processor systems, FX, or administrative fees. Expected timelines (e.g., credit cards ~7β30 days) will be stated on our help pages.
3. Where services are partially performed, refunds will be prorated for the unperformed portion.
4. If provision becomes impossible or must change due to force majeure (weather/sea conditions, infectious disease, transport disruptions, equipment failure, etc.), the Provider's rules apply; a reschedule, alternative offer, or refund will be provided as applicable, with price differences settled when an alternative is accepted.

1. Participants must truthfully declare health conditions; participation under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited and instructor directions (including stop/exit orders) must be followed.
2. Diving requires meeting Provider criteria (C-card level, logged dives, last dive date, etc.); medical questionnaires or doctor's statements may be required. Aviation-diving intervals and other safety standards must be observed.
3. Costs arising from equipment damage/loss, late arrival, or voluntary withdrawal may be borne by the User.
4. Due to natural conditions, content may change or be canceled or moved to a safe area. The organizer's safety judgment prevails.

Article 9 (Insurance)
We strongly recommend travel/leisure insurance. If insurance is included, its scope and exclusions will be stated.
Article 10 (Prohibited Acts)
Prohibited acts include fraudulent/false bookings, illegal or dangerous behavior, excessive scraping or system load, fake reviews, and infringement or defamation.
Article 11 (Reviews / UGC)
1. Users grant us a non-exclusive, free, sub-licensable license to use their posts (excluding personal data) for operation and promotion of the Service.
2. We may decline to publish, edit, or delete posts that are unlawful, false, defamatory, disruptive, privacy-infringing, or with undisclosed conflicts of interest.

Article 12 (IP)
Rights in the Service belong to us or rightful owners. Use beyond private purposes is prohibited.

Information may change and completeness is not guaranteed. Users must confirm the latest details with Providers. Introduction pages are not solicitations to contract.
Article 14 (Maintenance / Suspension)
The Service may be suspended or interrupted for maintenance, disasters, security needs, etc. We are not liable for resulting losses.
Article 15 (Personal Data)
We handle personal data in accordance with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) and our Privacy Policy.

Article 16 (Disclaimer / Limitation of Liability)
1. We do not warrant continuous availability or freedom from defects.
2. For losses caused by our ordinary negligence, our liability is limited to direct and ordinary damages up to the greater of (i) the total amount paid for the relevant transaction or (ii) JPY 50,000. This cap does not apply to willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 17 (External Services)
Use of external payment, SNS, or other services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

Users must not violate applicable laws and regulations.
Article 19 (Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces)
Users represent and warrant they are not part of anti-social forces and will not fund or use them. We may terminate use immediately upon breach.
Article 20 (No Assignment)
Users may not assign or pledge their status or rights/obligations hereunder without our prior written consent.
Article 21 (Electronic Contracts / Notices)
1. Agreements and notices may be made electronically (web, app, email, account notifications).
2. Effectiveness may occur even if notice is not received due to the User's settings; Users must maintain a receivable environment.

Article 22 (Severability)
If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
Article 23 (Governing Law / Dispute Resolution)
1. These Terms are governed by Japanese law.
2. Parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes by good-faith discussion; failing which, the Naha District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction for the first instance.
