Common questions and answers about okidokey Tour.

Booking & Payment

1. Select your desired activity
2. Choose date and number of participants
3. Sign up or log in
4. Enter booking information and proceed to payment
5. Receive booking confirmation email
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, etc.) through Stripe. Your card information is encrypted and protected with our secure payment system.
After logging in, go to My Page > Booking History. A booking confirmation will also be sent to the email address you registered.
Instant confirmation products are confirmed immediately after payment. Request-based bookings are confirmed within 24 hours after provider verification.
Enter the coupon code on the payment page and the discount will be applied automatically. Welcome coupons can only be used for first bookings. Please check conditions such as minimum order amount.

Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel from My Page > Booking History. Cancellation fees may apply according to the cancellation policy.
Cancellation fees are set by each provider. Please check the cancellation policy on the product detail page.
After cancellation approval, timing varies by payment method:
- Credit card: 7-30 days (depending on card company policy)
- Refund amount may differ due to payment system, exchange rates, and administrative fees.
In case of cancellation due to force majeure (weather, sea conditions, etc.):
- Refund availability
- Date change (if possible)
- Alternative tour offer
Safety is our priority, and the provider has final decision authority.

Marine Activities

Introductory diving does not require a license. Fun diving requires a C-card (diving license), and we verify card type, number of logged dives, and last dive date.
Before marine activities, you must truthfully declare your health status:
- Heart/lung conditions
- Asthma, diabetes
- Pregnancy
- Recent surgery
A doctor's certificate may be required in some cases.
For safety, follow these intervals:
- Flying after diving: Wait minimum 18-24 hours
- Diving after arrival: Same day OK
- Repetitive diving: 24+ hours waiting recommended
Follow instructor safety guidelines.
Basic equipment (mask, snorkel, fins, wetsuit, etc.) is provided free of charge. Personal equipment is also acceptable. Please be careful as you are liable for equipment damage.
Each activity has age, height, and weight restrictions:
- Snorkeling: 6 years+
- Intro diving: 10 years+
- Fun diving: C-card required
Children must be accompanied by a guardian.

Account & Membership

Yes, registration is required for booking. You can easily sign up with email, etc.
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. A password reset link will be sent to your registered email address.
Yes, it is strictly managed according to privacy protection laws. Payment information is encrypted through Stripe, and we do not directly store card information.
You can delete your account from My Page > Account Settings. If you have active bookings, you can delete after completion.

Service Usage

We support Korean, Japanese, English, and Chinese (Traditional). You can change the language from the language selector button at the top right.
Prices are displayed in Japanese Yen (JPY) with Korean Won (KRW) conversion. Actual payment is in Yen, and exchange rates follow card company standards at the time of payment.
Online booking is available 24/7. Customer support:

After completing an activity, you can write a review from My Page. Honest reviews are very helpful for other travelers!

Technical Issues

Please check your spam folder. If still not found:
1. Check booking history in My Page
2. Verify email address is correct
3. Contact customer support
Please check the following:
- Card limit and expiration date
- International payment block status
- 3D Secure authentication completion
- Internet connection
If the problem persists, contact your card company or customer support.
Try deleting cookies and cache. For social login (KakaoTalk, Google), verify the account is working. If you forgot your password, use "Forgot Password".
Check your internet connection. Try deleting browser cache and updating to the latest version. If the problem persists, contact customer support.
